  1. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the application of scagliola, marblecrete, and sgrafflto plastering materials.
  2. Successfully complete USGBC’s Green Awareness for Construction Workers certification requirements.
  3. Demonstrate a high level of skill in safely operating a rough terrain forklift.
