Understand the principles of sewage disposal and recognize its components.
Know the proper installation of sewers and drains, know the proper use of the various materials used for sewers and drains, install sewer and drainage piping correctly.
Know the different parts of the plumbing trap, install the plumbing trap correctly.
Know the proper installation of the venting system, know the proper use of the various materials used for the venting system, install vent piping correctly.
Understand the uses and properties on natural gas and other gases.
Recognize and install gas appliances and controls.
Know the proper method for sizing and venting natural gas systems.
Braze medical gas piping properly.
