WHO SHOULD USE THIS ACADEMIC MAP
This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Deaf Studies, AAS.
 
HOW THIS ACADEMIC MAP IS SET UP
The academic map is designed to provide students with the optimal route to earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. Students who cannot take the map’s recommended number of credits each semester will take longer to complete the degree, graduate and transfer.
 
CSN AAS DEAF STUDIES: DESCRIPTION
The Deaf Studies program prepares students to work in a variety of situations with the deaf community. Students will obtain a strong understanding, receptively and expressively, of American Sign Language, deaf culture and history.

 

Semester #1 (13-15 Total Minimum Credit Hours)
