CRS 215 - Clinical Practicum IV Credits: 4 Description Emphasizes student exposure to multiple cardiorespiratory diagnostic laboratories. Rotations include non-invasive cardiorespiratory function, basic polysomnography and critical care. Continued application of guidelines, protocols and pathways.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Exposure to multiple cardiorespiratory diagnostic laboratories and equipment.
- Perform non-invasive cardiopulmonary function testing and interpretation of results.
- Familiarization with cardiac laboratory function procedures.
- Demonstrate competence in applying therapist-drive protocols, guidelines and pathways as appropriate in each clinical setting.
- Make appropriate recommendations for care-based off laboratory data collected.
