Description
This course promotes the shifting from comprehension to production of ASL, to bring one’s current ASL fluency to a point of self-generated ASL.

Student Learning Outcomes

Demonstrate expressive and receptive mastery of ASL features targeted in prepared dialogues.
Indicate expressive and receptive mastery of targeted ASL vocabulary items including lexicalized fingerspelling.
Express self-generated short stories, narratives and dialogues in ASL.
Employ strategies for conversation regulators.
