Map for Transfer: CSN AS Physical Sciences to UNR BS Mechanical Engineering Major

WHO SHOULD USE THIS ACADEMIC MAP
This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Physical Sciences, AS  at CSN and plan to transfer to UNR to complete a BS Mechanical Engineering Major upon graduating from CSN.

Students transferring to UNR should visit the UNR Transfer Center for transfer course grade and GPA requirements.

HOW THIS ACADEMIC MAP IS SET UP
The academic map totals 60 credits and assumes no transferred course work.  It is set up to show students the ideal path to completing the degree in four (4) semesters.  Students who cannot take the map’s recommended number of credits each semester will take longer to complete the degree, graduate and transfer.  Click on a course to see more information about that course including description, prerequisites and credit value.
