About this Academic Map
  • This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Associate of Science, AS  at CSN and plan to transfer to UNR to complete a BS Environmental Science Major upon graduating from CSN.  This includes the following UNR Environmental Science Majors:
    • UNR BS Environmental Science-Ecological Restoration and Conservation Major
    • UNR BS Environmental Science-Natural Resource Planning and Management Major
    • UNR BS Environmental Science-Pollution and Environmental Contaminants Major
  • This 60-credit map, designed for students without transfer credits, represents the optimal pathway to completing this degree.

CSN First Semester


  • Total Minimum Credits: 16
  • UNR requires completion of MATH 126.

 

CSN Second Semester


  • Total Minimum Credits: 14
  • UNR requires completion of BIOL 190 and CHEM 121 and MATH 127.

 

CSN Third Semester


  • Total Minimum Credits: 16
  • UNR requires completion of BIOL 191 and CHEM 122 and either PHYS 151; or PHYS 180 and 180L.

 

CSN Fourth Semester


  • Total Minimum Credits: 16
  • UNR requires completion of NRES 210 and STAT 152 and either ENG 231 or ENG 232.
