Map: CSN BS Dental Hygiene (Dental Science Associates Completed)

This academic map should be used by CSN students who have been accepted into the Dental Hygiene, BS  and have completed the AS Dental Science degree.

 

 

The academic map only covers the courses that remain to complete the BS once the AS Dental Science is completed, totals 62 credits, and assumes no transferred coursework.  It is set up to show students the ideal path to completing the degree in five (5) semesters. Students who cannot take the map’s recommended number of credits each semester will take longer to complete the degree and graduate.  Click on a course to see more information about that course including description, prerequisites and credit value.

 

• A minimum grade point average of 2.0 is required to graduate.  
• Prior to Semester #1, the students should apply to the Dental Hygiene program and receive approval from the program director to enter the program. The A.S. Dental Science degree MUST be completed before the start of the first semester of the B.S. Dental Hygiene Program.
