About this Academic Map

This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Associate of Arts, AA at CSN and plan to transfer to UNLV to complete a BS Architecture Major upon graduating from CSN.
This 60-credit map, designed for students without transfer credits, represents the optimal pathway to completing this degree.
- Please note: UNLV requires completion of seven (7) credits of Natural Science, but the minimum needed for GE Natural Science on the CSN AA Associate of Arts is 6 credits. The additional credit of Natural Science may count toward completion of the Major Requirements Electives area.

English Composition (General Education) - Credits 3-5: Options Include: ENG 100 or ENG 101 or ENG 110 or ENG 113
Humanities (General Education) - Credits 3: COM 101 - Public Speaking
Social Science Electives (Major Requirements) - Credits 6: Select two courses from the Social Science Electives list on the AA Associate of Arts degree sheet.

Analytical Reasoning (General Education) - Credits 3: Options Include: PHIL 102 or PHIL 114
