About this Academic Map

This academic map should be used by CSN students who are completing the Associate of Arts, AA at CSN and plan to transfer to UNLV to complete a BA Interdisciplinary Studies Major upon graduating from CSN. This includes the following UNLV Interdisciplinary Studies Majors:
- UNLV BA Interdisciplinary Studies-African American and African Diaspora Studies Major
- UNLV BS Interdisciplinary Studies-Asian and Asian American Studies Major
- UNLV BS Interdisciplinary Studies-Interdisciplinary Studies Concentration Major
This 60-62 credit map, designed for students without transfer credits, represents the optimal pathway to completing this degree.
- Please note: UNLV requires completion of seven (7) credits of Natural Science, but the minimum needed for GE Natural Science on the CSN AA Associate of Arts is 6 credits. The additional credit of Natural Science may count toward completion of the Major Requirements Electives area.
